I just wanted to send you a thanks for sorting out our fireplace (Gilbert Rd Castle Hill) last year. Following the completion of our renovation and now the arrival of cold weather we were able to fire up tonight for the first time since you installed the jet master rotating thingy and chimney top cover plate on the chimney to sort out our blackened walls upstairs. You were right and it solved the problems we were experiencing. No smoke leak downstairs, amazing draw and no smoke smell upstairs. My wife and I have noticed the whole house is warmer after only a couple of hours. Beautiful....loving it. Thanks again for your great work.
